TECHNICAL DATA ENTRY OFFICER Position Title: Technical Data Entry Officer  Direct Report: Technical Records Supervisor   Basic Function Responsible to the Technical Records Supervisor, and subsequently to the Executive Manager Maintenance Control, for the accurate and timely updating of all applicable aircraft maintenance technical records data into the respective maintenance Management Information System (MIS) — WinAir and/or CAMP — and the filing of these records in the respective Technical Records room. This role supports the Boeing 737 & 767 fleet, Airbus A220 fleet, Fokker 100 & 70 fleet, Dash 8 Classics & Q400 fleet, and the Falcon 900EX aircraft Fleet Controllers to ensure accurate monitoring of the respective Aircraft Maintenance Program and maintaining of the technical records in accordance with the respective storage and retention period requirements described in the Maintenance Control procedures.   Key Responsibilities: * Perform daily updates and filing of Aircraft Journey Technical Log (AJTL) entries, including (but not limited to) Total Flight Hours, Total Flight Cycles, Pilot Reports, Maintenance Reports of Aircraft Defects and Corrective Actions, and oil top-ups etc. * Assist the Configuration Engineer with updating Component Movement changes on the respective MIS software and associated records documentation. * Perform daily updates and filing of aircraft Trip Records for all fleet types. * Perform daily updates and filing of Maintenance Scheduled Taskcards, including (but not limited to) A-Checks, C-Checks, Line/Service/Daily Checks, OOP taskcards, and unscheduled taskcards, etc. * Assist the Fleet Controller (or delegate) with updating Airframe, Engine, APU, and Propeller Logbooks when required. * Assist the Technical Records Supervisor in the maintenance of Technical Records Archives. * Assist in providing the Forward Planners with an up-to-date schedule call-up register for scheduled maintenance. * Perform MIS data verification when required. Skills and Qualifications * Education: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computing.  * Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and similar programs. Preferably a Degree in Information & Communication Science, Science (Mathematics/Physics), Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
