MAKE AN IMPACT Job Description – BA (Agentic AI / Data & AI SVS): 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in AI-driven product development or data transformation programs. Strong experience working on Agentic AI use cases, with the ability to translate AI capabilities into business requirements and actionable delivery plans. Proven understanding of AI lifecycle management, from ideation and data readiness to model design, testing, and deployment. Exposure to data mapping, data migration, and data integration activities, preferably within enterprise-scale environments. Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder discussions involving Data Science, Technology, and Business teams. Ability to work in Agile delivery environments, with hands-on knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on driving business value through data and AI initiatives. Prior experience in banking or financial services domains preferred.
