Description CLASSIFICATION: Exempt REPORTS TO: BA Associate Pastor DATE CREATED/LAST EDITED: May 2026 MUST DO Ensure COTM environments at the BA Church are an open and welcoming experience for our guests and build teams to support this initiative. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure environments are prepped and ready for weekend services and create the ideal guest experience, enhancing engagement. Lead the collaboration, planning, and coordination of all events and conferences (including but not limited to All Staff, Easter, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Volunteer Conference, etc.) at COTM BA and with all-COTM events as requested. Recruit, lead, develop, and care for the Guest Services Volunteer Teams, including Hospitality team, Host teams, and Events teams. Partner with the next steps team to provide hospitality & logistical support for Next Steps ministries, Midsize Groups, Brotherhood, & Daughters. Oversee and develop the Next Move and Water Baptism experience at COTM BA. Establish and execute volunteer engagement goals, team requirements, and culture standards. Ensure new Guest Services volunteers are onboarded in a timely manner. Partner with the Care Team to ensure logistics for weddings and funerals are taken care of. Oversee and manage the Guest Services budget. Be the primary point of contact for and liaison with Laurannae.
