SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Main experience in the banking software/financial services with strong technical and business knowledge in Core Banking, Digital Banking, Personal Loans. Experience in Retail banking;
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience supporting multiple software projects in various IT roles, experience in business and/or system analysis;
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles including Agile development and testing;
  • Knowledge of the Hungarian language - is a must;
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as creative problem-solving skills;
  • Possesses the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Able to exercise independent judgment and act on it;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure;
  • Ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users;
  • Agile methodology experience with proven PO role activity;
  • Openess to business trips.
Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional project teams and perform business analysis for critical, enterprise-level projects and initiatives;
  • Interfaces with the Product Owner as Lead BA to define and document requirements for the product;
  • Support in managing product backlog with the Product Owner and different leaders to prioritize requirements, as well as define/manage the scope and sprints for the project;
  • Ability to plan and execute user acceptance testing;
  • Perform business analysis for critical, enterprise-level projects and initiatives;
  • Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods;
  • Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers, the project team, or end users;
  • Works with the development and QA teams to develop and execute test plans and all other deliverables, activities related to quality assurance;
  • Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to the Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood;
  • Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately;
  • Creates documentation including requirements, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions, user guides, process flows, training materials, FAQ’s, wireframes, etc.
