Our beautiful new nursery in Burgess Hill has many unique features, including an amazing indoor/outdoor garden (that can be used whatever the weather), a very large and comfortable staff room and sensory room.
We are currently recruiting for Room Leaders to join our lovely team. The qualities that we are looking for are enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and have a true love of working with children.
Our ethos is the ‘children are at the heart of every decision that we make’ and this is followed through at every level of the company.
- We only employ warm, friendly staff – which makes the nursery teams lovely places to work
- We use ‘In the Moment Planning’, so no written plans to write. We don’t do written observations either. We try and aim for as little paperwork as possible.
- We offer training and progression for all staff looking to progress.
- All of our rooms are air-conditioned to make pleasant working environment.
