WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
Do you bring a warm, joyful smile that helps every child feel safe and special? Do you have a gentle way of building strong, caring connections with babies and toddlers? Can you weave a little everyday magic to turn playtime into an adventure full of laughter and discovery? We are looking for someone with a level 3 qualification to lead the babies room at our setting in Blagdon, empowering early years practitioners and apprentices to help children discover who they are and all they can be.
In early years education, we don’t just teach—we spark imaginations, nurture confidence, and lay the foundation for futures that haven’t even been dreamed of yet.
So if you believe in the power of play, the magic of curiosity, and the importance of every child’s story—come inspire the next superhero, artist, scientist, or storyteller. Your future career is waiting at YMCA Dulverton Group.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all our children and young people. We follow a safer recruitment process, all appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and are required to provide two suitable references.
