JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Baby Room Early Years Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion and strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children, ambition for their role and growing with the nursery and an eagerness to take initiative. This role involves engaging with children in a nurturing manner, promoting their academic and social development, and creating an inclusive classroom atmosphere. The successful applicant will possess a Level 3 Qualification in early childhood education, possess a caring, warm nature and be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in childcare or nursery settings.
• A genuine passion for working with children and facilitating their growth both academically and socially.
• Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to various learning styles.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and improvement in teaching practices.
