• Lead & Inspire: Plan and lead fun, educational activities that support the development of each child in your room, ensuring they reach their full potential.
• Manage Your Team: Lead a team of practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and learning for all children.
• Build Strong Relationships: Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members to create a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Track Progress: Maintain accurate records of children’s development, providing observations and assessments in line with their learning journey.
• Create a Safe & Inviting Space: Ensure your room is clean, safe, and welcoming, and that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
• Role Model Leadership: Lead by example—show your team how it’s done and inspire them to perform at their best while maintaining a happy, motivated atmosphere.
