JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate qualified Room Supervisor to oversee our baby rooms, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating atmosphere for children. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team while fostering the development of young minds. This role requires excellent communication abilities in English and a commitment to early childhood education.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience working with children in a childcare setting is essential.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children’s learning experiences.
  • A nurturing attitude towards children with a focus on their individual needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are desirable.
