Baker Street Nursery and Preschool is a family-run, supportive setting where we genuinely care about our staff, our children, and their development. We are looking for a warm, nurturing, and dedicated Baby Room Practitioner to join our team and play a vital role in caring for and supporting our youngest children at the very start of their learning journey.
About the Role

Working in our Baby Room is a special and important responsibility. You will:

• Provide a caring, safe, and stimulating environment where babies feel secure and loved.
• Support the earliest stages of learning and development, focusing on communication, physical skills, and emotional wellbeing.
• Build strong bonds with babies and their families, ensuring a continuity of care and trust.
• Work as part of a close-knit team, following the babies’ routines while introducing engaging play opportunities.
• Observe, plan, and record children’s development in line with the EYFS.
• Create a warm, nurturing atmosphere where every baby is valued and encouraged to thrive.
