Sales Assistant - Attend customers - Manages counter - Organize & replenish stock - Maintain store cleanliness The ideal candidate should be able to communicate well with customers in a polite and friendly manner. You should be comfortable speaking to different types of customers and able to understand their needs. Clear communication is important to ensure customers feel welcomed and assisted during their shopping experience. A friendly and positive attitude is essential for this role. You should be approachable, patient, and willing to provide good customer service at all times. Being able to stay calm and professional, even during busy hours, is important in a retail environment. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and able to work well as part of a team. You should be open to guidance, able to follow instructions, and ready to support your teammates when needed. Teamwork helps ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment. Responsibility and punctuality are key qualities for this position. You are expected to arrive on time for your shifts, complete assigned tasks properly, and follow company rules and procedures. Being reliable and dependable is important to maintain store operations. Candidates must be flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business. Retail working hours may vary, so adaptability is necessary. Basic cashier or retail experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. Training will be provided for those who are eager to learn.
