We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Back-End Developer to build the robust and scalable services that power our sports software. If you thrive on building high-performance, resilient systems and have a passion for sports, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our studio in JLT, Dubai. We are not looking for remote developers or outsourcing companies.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong experience in Node.js + NestJS (TypeScript).
• Proficiency with MongoDB + SQL (MySQL/Postgres).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and secure API design.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and robust testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest).

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable back-end services using Node.js + NestJS (TypeScript).
• Work with both SQL (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, designing schemas and optimizing queries for speed.
• Architect and implement microservices using event-driven systems and technologies like gRPC and RabbitMQ.
• Secure our APIs with robust authentication and authorization protocols (JWT, OAuth, ABAC/RBAC).
• Build real-time services using WebSockets to handle live data feeds.
• Implement containerized deployments with Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines.
