ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Back End Engineer to join our growing tech team. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Senior Engineers to help design and develop core systems that power intelligent, data-driven applications.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who is eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to high-performance systems from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing back-end systems
✅ Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product teams to support AI-based features
✅ Develop RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly with front-end and data platforms
✅ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices
✅ Assist in optimizing storage and database solutions (SQL and NoSQL)
✅ Contribute to cloud-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines
✅ Troubleshoot bugs and performance bottlenecks, delivering effective solutions
✅ Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to system improvements
