Job Summary: We're seeking a passionate Salesforce developer who thrives on continuous improvement. You'll take ownership of our existing Salesforce architecture and codebase, which is the technological backbone of our company and crucial for future growth. Once familiar with our platform, you'll lead it through phases of enhanced user experience, improved stability, the creation of new user tiers and enhanced user experiences, and the integration of SaaS and AI capabilities. Responsibilities: Build and maintain RESTful APIs that power the client’s platform and third-party integrations. Implement core data services, including connections to relational (Postgres) and graph (Neo4j) databases. Design simple, reliable systems using containerized Node.js services running on AWS. Collaborate with front-end and data teams to design API contracts (OpenAPI). Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and help improve development workflows. Ensure performance, reliability, and security in production environments. Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews. We’re not looking for a checklist of tools — we value curiosity, craftsmanship, and practical problem-solving. Experience with several of the following is ideal: Core: Strong programming skills in JavaScript / TypeScript. Experience building REST APIs (Express, Fastify, NestJS, etc.). Working knowledge of SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, or similar). Understanding of API design, documentation, and versioning (OpenAPI / Swagger). Nice to have: Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j or similar). Experience deploying apps on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway). Containerization with Docker and local development using Compose. CI/CD exposure (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or similar). Knowledge of authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth2, Cognito). Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time. Access to online learning platforms and a budget for professional development A collaborative, no-silos environment, encouraging learning and growth across teams A dynamic social culture with team lunches, social events, and opportunities for creative input Health insurance Leave Benefits 13th Month Salary If you possess the required skills and are eager to contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
