PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to lift up to 12kg
  • Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding environment

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Back of House Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering the magic of LaplandUK — working behind the scenes to support our immersive festive experience.
Based in either the Toy Factory or Mother Christmas’ Kitchen, you’ll help prepare the magical items our guests receive by carefully assembling and packaging products. You’ll work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team to ensure everything is ready on time and to the highest standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble, package, and label products following production guidelines
  • Monitor output for quality and consistency
  • Spot and correct any defects in materials or finished goods
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Work closely with your team and Stage Management to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold safety and quality standards at all times
