We’re hiring Bakers to help us meet our high demand for hand-rolled, boiled, and baked fresh bagels each day. You’ll start early (4am–5am) and work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment. • Operate a rotating oven and mixing equipment
• Mix, weigh, and cut dough precisely
• Prep ingredients (like cream cheese and veggies)
• Bake cookies and other side items
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace
• Help with inventory, opening, and closing tasks
• Occasionally jump in to help front of house during busy moments
