KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist with food preparation and ensure ingredients are ready for service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas. * Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly. * Receive and store deliveries, checking for quality and accuracy. * Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. * Support front of house staff as needed to ensure efficient service. * Dispose of waste and recyclables properly. * Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
