KITCHEN HAND/ SANWICH ARTIST

Soul Origin Robina is currently seeking KITCHEN HANDS to join the team!

Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early? Can you confidently work alone, or as part of a small team? Then the Back of House role is for you! You’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing all menu items in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ordering and receiving stock.
  • Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use.
  • Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the day.

To be successful, you’ll have:

· Experience using commercial grade knives

  • Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
  • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Preferred: A minimum of 6 months of food handling experience.
