Founded in 1946 by Truett Cathy, Chick-fil-A has grown from a small diner in Hapeville, Georgia, to one of the largest and most respected quick-service restaurant chains in the country. With a commitment to high-quality food, exceptional service, and a people-first culture, Chick-fil-A has built a reputation not just for its signature menu items but for the values that drive the company forward.
At the heart of Chick-fil-A’s mission is a dedication to being the world’s most caring company. This is reflected in everything we do—from the way we serve our guests with genuine hospitality to the opportunities we create for our team members to grow personally and professionally. Our corporate values emphasize excellence, integrity, and stewardship, and we strive to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.
Chick-fil-A is known for its unique approach to business, including being closed on Sundays to allow team members time for rest. We believe in fostering an environment where people feel valued and supported, offering leadership development, scholarship opportunities, and a culture of service that extends beyond our restaurant doors.
