As a Chick-fil-A Florissant Back of House Team Member, you are essential in delivering high-quality meals and ensuring food safety. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Uphold Food Safety Standards: Adhere to Chick-fil-A Florissant’s vision, values, and food safety standards. Ensure that all food preparation and handling practices meet the highest safety protocols to provide our guests with safe and \Crave\able meals.
  • Ensure Food Quality: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards. Ensure that every meal served meets our high expectations for taste, freshness, and presentation.
  • Follow Recipes and Procedures: Adhere to all recipes and cooking procedures to maintain consistency in food preparation. Your attention to detail ensures that every dish meets the standards expected by our guests.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen and your work station neat, clean, and orderly at all times. Your commitment to cleanliness is vital for maintaining a safe and inviting environment for both team members and guests.
  • Work Efficiently: Demonstrate the ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment, including being knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, such as fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
  • Manage and Monitor Quality: Oversee food quality during preparation and service, ensuring that all items served align with our quality expectations. Your vigilance in this area is crucial for delivering excellence to our guests.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A and complete in-house training to maintain personal knowledge and stay informed about any changes.
  • Collaborate as a Team: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Your ability to collaborate fosters a positive team atmosphere and enhances the overall dining experience.
  • Work Safely: Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
  • Complete Assigned Tasks: Complete all opening, midday, or closing tasks as assigned and adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
