As a Back of House Manager, you'll lead the team that powers our store's success from behind the scenes. You play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring products move seamlessly from the stockroom to the selling floor. You'll drive smooth and efficient inventory management processes, from processing deliveries and ensuring stock is floor-ready, to managing stock movement both in and out of the store while minimising stock loss. Partnering closely with the wider store management team, you'll prioritise operations and activities while coaching and training your team in loss prevention, inventory management, and stock movement policies and procedures. Your Key Responsibilities: Provide clear direction to your Back of House team on daily priorities for stock replenishment and delivery processing Plan and manage stock deliveries to achieve our 24-hour door-to-floor target Ensure maximum stock availability through effective replenishment system management Optimise the back of house layout for efficiency and easy access to bestsellers Assist with stock loss management and procedures Provide ongoing direction, guidance, and coaching to develop your team's performance and capabilities WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
