JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Back of the House Manager (BOHM) is responsible for all operations of the kitchen. The BOHM plays a critical role in the restaurants goal of ensuring a Guest’s remarkable experience by producing great food, maintaining a clean and safe environment and ensuring fast and accurate service. The BOHM is the primary leader for all back of house operations. The expectation is that you should have a heightened sense of awareness of the operation and operate at a higher altitude with a business owner mentality. You will ultimately be held accountable for the progress and training of the kitchen operations team, efficiency and growth of the business, as well as profitability of the restaurant.
