JOB SUMMARY:

The Restaurant back of house staff is a multifaceted role responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant while also actively participating in food preparation and cooking. This position requires strong collaboration skills, culinary expertise, and the ability to balance administrative tasks with hands-on kitchen responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management and culinary roles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Culinary expertise with knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience with POS System and cash handling
  • Smart Serve and Food Handling Certification
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in both kitchen and restaurant settings.
