POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a keen ability to enhance the customer experience. This position will be a mix of serving, bartending and supervisor shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
Minimum 3+ years of serving experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy atmosphere.
Knowledge of bar and restaurant service standards.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily service operations, ensuring high standards of customer service.
Train, mentor, and support staff in delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and maintaining supplies.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service issues promptly.
Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
