We are seeking a highly skilled Back of House Team Lead to assist our leadership team in maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational excellence. In this role, you will support daily back-of-house operations by helping lead shifts when needed, coaching team members, and ensuring our kitchen runs efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with Shift Leaders and Directors, providing hands-on support, setting a positive example, and reinforcing Chick-fil-A’s core values and culture throughout each shift.
