Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Administrator to support our international Freight Forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient customs clearance processes, working closely with both internal teams and external partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong familiarity with documentation and administrative processes in a logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with international partners to provide necessary information and documentation. Maintain accurate records of all customs-related transactions and documentation. Assist in resolving disputes or delays related to customs clearance. Provide support to the logistics and customer service teams regarding customs queries. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize clearance efficiency. Ensure that all administrative tasks related to customs and shipping are completed in a timely and compliant manner. Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities as needed. Qualifications 0-2 years experience in a back office, logistics, or administrative role, ideally within an international trade environment. Ideally familiarity with customs clearance procedures and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant customs software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
