About Your Future Role In this position, you will: * processing credit card applications * processing of credit account changes * customer service for cardholders, banks, and other external and internal stakeholders * monitoring and evaluating customers' credit card usage * handling of deceased, seizure and insolvency customer cases * monitoring payment defaults * cooperation with collection agencies, * handling of email and other written inquiries * organizing and prioritizing own and team's daily work within given limits and schedules   What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
