Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την υποστήριξη του χονδρικού μας εμπορίου και όλων των διαδικασιών της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας, από τον συντονισμό παραδόσεων μέχρι και τη διαχείριση παραστατικών και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Καθήκοντα και αρμοδιότητες: Προετοιμασία και έκδοση παραστατικών (τιμολόγια, πιστωτικά, ακυρωτικά) Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση παραγγελιών, picking lists και επιστροφών Παρακολούθηση και συμφωνία ταμείου οδηγών και ημερήσιων αναφορών Υποστήριξη της ροής παραλαβών και αποθεμάτων – ενημέρωση συστήματος για διαφορές Τηλεφωνική υποστήριξη πελατών και συνεργασία με τις ομάδες Πωλήσεων, Εξυπηρέτησης και Logistics Καθημερινή ενημέρωση και συμφωνία ERP με τις εμπορικές γέφυρες (πωλήσεις, αγορές, εισπράξεις) Qualifications Απαραίτητα προσόντα: Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Logistics ή Εφοδιαστική Αλυσίδα (επιθυμητό) Εμπειρία σε WMS συστήματα Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά) Ικανότητες οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης χρόνου και προσοχής στη λεπτομέρεια Επικοινωνιακή και αναλυτική σκέψη Δυνατότητα καθημερινής μετακίνησης στο Κορωπί Additional Information We recognize good work and we want our people to feel appreciated! Responsibilities

The Back Office Agent will be responsible for supporting wholesale trade and all supply chain processes, ranging from coordinating deliveries to managing documentation and customer service. Key duties include preparing and issuing invoices, managing order entry, tracking inventory flow, and reconciling the ERP system daily.
