Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. At least 6months BPO experience handling a HEALTHCARE campaign Good working knowledge in editing online documents (PDF) Proficient in using MS Tools (Office, Excel, Outlook) Detailed oriented and organized Good verbal and written English skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to work onsite in Makati Amenable working night shift What can we offer you?
