YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Support daily operational activities related to settlement, cash and trade processing, and securities instructions
• Monitor and validate financial transactions: payments, securities transfers, trade matching and confirmations
• Handle corporate actions such as dividends, splits, and mergers with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure smooth execution of financial operations and compliance with internal procedures
• Identify and resolve breaks or discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
• Work closely with IT and project stakeholders to contribute to process enhancements
• Be trained on a highly specific core banking system, unique to a limited number of institutions in Europe
• Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives within back office operations
