Backoffice Coordinator As our Backoffice Coordinator, you will Support the Sales and Account Management teams with proposals, contracts and projects. You will develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offering to better help our customers Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals Activities Support the Sales and Account Management teams with proposals, contracts and projects. Manage information updates & accuracy in Salesforce. Project tracking with deadlines, follow-ups and feedback Input & onboard new customers Updating data and information from customers in our CRM Take inquiries and requests from Account Managers and address their needs with Ops, Projects, etc. Meet regularly with other members of the team to find new ways to improve business processes Skills and qualifications Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
