Responsibilities: Monitor the progress of orders through various stages of processing, including order confirmation, packaging, shipping, and delivery. Utilize company-specific tracking systems or software to maintain real-time visibility of order statuses. Identify and address any discrepancies, delays, or errors in order processing promptly. Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of order information, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and customer details. Generate reports on order status and performance metrics as needed. Assist customers with inquiries related to order status, tracking information, and delivery schedules. Handle customer concerns or complaints related to order tracking with professionalism and empathy. At least 6 months BPO experience in a VOICE account Experience in order tracking, logistics, or a related field is a PLUS Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written English skills Problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati Amenable working night shift What can we offer you?
