We're looking for a team player who is ready to contribute to our mission, just like you! Roles and responsibilities: Submit and track prior authorization requests. Follow up on prior authorization statuses to ensure timely approvals. Rebill denied or rejected claims with appropriate corrections or additional documentation. Monitor and ensure that all authorized services are appropriately reimbursed by insurance payers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of authorization approvals and claim status. Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues affecting payment. At least 6 months BPO experience in any Healthcare campaign Prior Authorization experience is a PLUS Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills Good verbal and written English skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift What can we offer you?
