Job Description Main Duties: Checking customer documents for all orders Verified : Checking that ID, driving license and proof of address uploaded by customer are approved documents according to our guidelines Checking that ID, driving license and proof of address are consistent with order details In case documents are not OK, filling a Gform to request the FR team to take over and contact the customer Use a local web app to automatically generate administrative documents from a Google Sheets Send email template to FR customers with the administrative documents for them to check After an additional training - checking multiple data points to control the administrative conformity of trade-ins Qualifications Ability to communicate in English, French is a plus; At least some experience in a back office/data entry/quality job; Professionalism, precision, reliability and high attention to detail; Basic PC skills, G-Mail and Google sheets is a benefit Quality focused mentality What we offer: Direct employment with Albanian contract; Very competitive Fix remuneration; The chance to become a part of the digital revolution in the automotive sector; Concrete opportunities for professional growth in a highly merit-based context.
