Your tasks

• Independent handling of general office and administrative tasks
• First point of contact for customers and business partners by phone
• Support with preliminary accounting
• Maintenance and administration of customer, contract and master data
• Assistance with invoicing and administrative processes
• Organization and coordination of daily office life for a smooth process
• Supporting the team with various organizational and commercial tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Structured, independent and meticulous work style
• Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of reliability
• Friendly, service-oriented and professional demeanor
• Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
• Experience with a telephone system is an advantage.
