Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming products, industry trends, and regulations. Engage in training sessions to continuously develop your skills in gaming support. Fluency in German (both oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer support or administrative roles, ideally in the gaming or entertainment industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
