Back Office Operations Associate Location: Fayetteville, NC Type: Full-time Department: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) Job Summary eClerx is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Operations Associate to support form processing, 401(k) plan research, and outreach to employer HR teams—ensuring a smooth customer experience. You’ll help ensure we have accurate information and efficient processes to deliver a seamless rollover experience for our customers. Responsibilities * Review and process customer forms accurately and efficiently * Ensure completeness and compliance of all documentation * Follow workflows for rollover-related paperwork * Research employer-sponsored 401(k) plans * Contact HR teams and plan administrators to obtain and verify plan information * Track outreach and update records in internal systems * Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain turnaround times Eligibility Requirements * Strong attention to detail and organization * Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy * Comfort with sensitive financial/customer information * Clear communication skills (phone and email) * Experience in operations, admin, or back-office roles is a plus In the US, the target base salary for this role is $35,000-$45,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
