REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year experience in banking operations, finance, or securities services
At least bachelor’s degree (preferred field: finance, banking, accounting or similar)
Investment funds industry and securities market knowledge
Excellent communication skills. Fluent English, French will be an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Analytical and problem solving skills
Attention to details and quality to deliverables
Organizational skills - capability to work with deadlines

Responsibilities

Carry out safekeeping on the Investment Funds in order to ensure that fund’s assets comply with legal requirements, including pre-analysis, market conformity and lending checks
Contribute to the completion and maintenance of operational procedures in Depobank scope
Perform safekeeping controls and certifications using a dedicated IT tools and other resources
Analyze and document all the reported safekeeping exceptions
Identify and qualify safekeeping discrepancies including their origin and following with relevant parties in order to justify them
Support improvements of provided services by increasing their accuracy or convenience (e.g. manual steps limitations)
