Your Tasks Preparation of spare and wear parts quotations in coordination with the product group or customers, e.g. quotation preparation and costing Order processing (technical/commercial) Order verification (customers/suppliers) Deadline monitoring for customer and supplier orders Preparation of order-related documentation System maintenance and archiving Clarification of complaints Maintenance of customer contact data in the CRM system   Your Profile Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering A solid technical understanding of machine components, especially wear parts, is essential Knowledge of paper machine equipment and processes Experienced in planning and implementing wear and spare part projects You maintain a strong awareness of safety, quality management, and sales-oriented thinking.
