Your Tasks Project development in coordination with internal departments Quotation costing Quotation preparation Order processing (technical/commercial) Quotation follow-up for amounts < €10,000 or as agreed with Sales Order verification (customers/suppliers) Deadline monitoring for customer and supplier orders Control of order-related documentation System maintenance and archiving Clarification of complaints in cooperation with Sales Maintenance of customer contact data in the CRM system Customer reporting to the department manager or within the CRM Technical support in the preparation of marketing and sales materials Your Profile Completed technical apprenticeship or degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Solid understanding of machine components Experience in preparing technical quotations, cost calculations, and project scheduling Knowledge of quality management Strong sales and customer focus A service-oriented and team-focused approach defines your way of working You demonstrate strong communication and delegation skills, think entrepreneurially, and build effective relationships   Our OfferAndritz AG offers a secure job in an innovative and international company with long-term development opportunities.  Talent & leadership programs  Flexible working time model Home office option Various employee discounts Subsidized company restaurant Parking spaces & public accessibility Bike Leasing   In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.269,07 for this position.
