About the Role As a Back Office Representative, you will support internal teams and business partners by reviewing, processing, and updating insurance‑related documentation. You’ll work across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal guidelines. This role is ideal for people who enjoy detail‑oriented work, process consistency, and supporting others behind the scenes so operations run smoothly. What You’ll Do Process and validate data according to business requirements and documented procedures. Review insurance documentation, verify extracted data, and update records with accuracy. Provide information and procedural guidance to internal customers and business partners. Handle unique or complex cases using established decision‑making guidelines. Communicate with internal teams, agents, consumers, and partners as needed. What You Bring Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual). Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures. Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience in back office, operations, data processing, insurance environments, call centers, or related environments.
