Mellon Albania within the framework of its expansion, seeks to immediate recruit a Back Office Specialist to support and maintain its activities: Key Responsibilities: Service Ticket Management: Manage incoming service requests. Collect information and offer assistance to users. Log service requests in the internal ERP system. Coordination & Support: Work in conjunction with the technical servicing team. Support administrative tasks as required. Manage and update spreadsheets and handle documentation. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports. Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving fault messages in accordance with manuals or internal procedures. Soft Skills Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong orientation towards customer service. Possesses an analytical mindset and demonstrates attention to detail. Collaborative team-oriented approach. Responsibilities
