This role is essential for ensuring efficient inventory control, billing, sales tracking, and logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities: Support Key Account Managers throughout the full sales cycle. Manage billing, dispatch, and inventory transit processes. Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports. Coordinate product shipments based on demand and planning. Monitor products at risk of obsolescence. Track accounts receivable and provide visibility to leadership. Profile Requirements: Technical or university degree in Business Administration or Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. Advanced Excel skills. Bilingual: English and Spanish. Key Competencies: Strong analytical and numerical skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Miami regulations related to billing and imports.
