Your Role as a Back Order Processing Associate In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the process of orders for both Retail and E-commerce departments of Pet City Group. By managing orders through the WMS system and monitoring their progress, you will help guaranteeing accurate and timely fulfillment of pet parents’ orders. Your ability to group and rout orders, verify completed picking, create external customer orders and resolve any issues, during the picking process, will be essential to delivering an excellent customer experience for our beloved pets and their parents. Your strong organizational skills, team-oriented mindset and passion for pets will be key to succeed in this role! Key Responsibilities Order management through the WMS system (Retail & E-commerce) Order grouping & routing Verification of completed picking for customer orders Create orders for external customers Resolution of any issues that may arise during picking Monitoring the correct workflow of orders through the Magento platform Requirements 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar position (e.g., Procurement, Supply Chain, or Category Assistant). Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems (e.g., Business Central, Aberon, or similar). Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
