Back Server / Food Runner (Path to Server Role) Position Summary The Back Server / Food Runner is a foundational role within our fine dining team, designed for individuals who are committed to growth, professionalism, and mastering the art of service. This position supports servers and bartenders in delivering an exceptional guest experience while providing hands-on training and development toward advancement into a Server role. Success in this role comes from a strong team mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and improve every shift.
