Maintain light conversation and interaction with guests. Polishing silverware and glassware Keeping service areas stocked at all times. Communicating with servers and fellow back servers to maintain organization and meet guest needs. Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils. Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness. Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Bottega Louie. Ability to multi-task in a faced paced, high-pressure environment. Will be expected to perform other duties as assigned. COMPENSATION Beginning at $19.65/hr The additional tip pool distributions may be in the range of $10.00 - 15.00/hr based on recent average sales data. Responsibilities
