About the Role Join the UniBeam team as a Backend Developer and help us build system flows that power the next generation of our platform. Agile ceremonies are adapted to team needs, with demos and retrospectives as core practices. Developers are responsible for both code and quality, including automation and risk-based testing. Key Responsibilities Design, implement and test robust backend system flows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate closely with system and HW teams to deliver integrated SW solutions. Take full ownership of features from design through deployment, including quality and automation aspects. Participate in agile ceremonies, demos, and retrospectives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Proactively communicate status, raise flags early, and engage directly with team members across disciplines. Required Qualifications 5+ years of backend development experience. Experience in C# or Java. Strong proficiency with Linux environments. Solid understanding of modern development methodologies, including code reviews, automation, and risk-oriented testing. A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and building impactful solutions in a dynamic environment. Team player with strong communication and mentoring skills. Self-learning and ability to understand complex systems. Fluent in English. Advantage Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration. A proven leadership experience. Working in an Agile environment. Experience as a SW developer in multi-disciplinary products. Working in a global company or large-scale High-Tech company.
