• Strong independent worker who actively collaborates and contributes to team discussions
• Good domain knowledge with ability to share expertise with the team
• Takes initiative in problem-solving and process improvements
• Clear communicator who positively influences team practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• GO proficiency (or solid experience with preferably compiled (C/C++, Rust) and strongly typed languages (Java, C#)
• AWS expertise strong pré - from Lambda and DynamoDB to API Gateways and CloudFront
• Infrastructure as Code knowledge (AWS CDK in TypeScript preferred, or Terraform/CloudFormation)
• CI/CD pipeline experience (Github Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Strong foundation in best practices: microservices, event-driven architecture, DevSecOps, and automated testing
