What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced backend developer who is not only technically skilled, but also has the ability to lead other developers and make strategic architectural decisions. You will be a key player in the development of our next generation cloud platform. Our development team consists of five competent developers who also have a lot of fun at work!

Technical expertise

• Expert knowledge in Go
• Ability to write scalable, secure and well-structured code.
• Security and Authentication
• Experience with authentication, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and security.
• Kubernetes
• Solid experience in developing applications for Kubernetes environments and K8S Operators.
• Container-based infrastructure
• Knowledge of Talos and similar solutions.
• Billing system integration
• Experience in integrating systems for metrics, invoicing and payment.

Leadership and architecture

• Project management and team coaching
• Ability to lead projects and development teams towards common goals.
• Architecture
• Ability to be responsible for driving technical discussions and making strategic decisions regarding architecture.
• Design Principles
• Deep understanding of the design and implementation of distributed systems and microarchitectures.

Desired qualities and experiences

• Kubernetes expertise
• Solid experience and ability to work at an advanced level with Kubernetes.
• Identity Providers and Authentication
• Experience integrating IDP, OIDC and other authentication and authorization systems.
• AI and Data Science
• Understanding and experience of AI-related projects and Big Data.
• Creativity and problem solving Curiosity
• to explore and implement new technologies and ways of working

Meritorious knowledge

• Certifications
• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) and/or CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer).
• Frontend
• Experience with **React** and **TypeScript**.
• DevOps and CI/CD
• Knowledge of tools such as GitHub Workflows, ArgoCD, Ansible and Terraform.
• Full stack knowledge
• Ability to work with both front-end and backend.
