• Experience with Kotlin or Java (.NET is also nice to have) and a modern backend framework (e.g. Spring, Ktor, Rails)
• Familiarity with relational databases like Postgres
• Comfort working with cloud environments, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
• Interest in modular architecture and scalable system design
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and running systems in production
